1-on-1 Personal Training

Our personal trainers are dedicated to helping you reach your goals, from losing weight to managing pain, through one-on-one personal training. We work with you to create a program specific to your needs and goals, and we track your progress along the way. You'll gain the knowledge and fundamentals needed to make fitness a part of your new life.

Tandem and Small Group Training

Tandem and small group training is similar to 1-on-1 personal training as it allows our trainers to personalize to a high degree, while also capturing the energy of training with others. We offer a wide variety of options allowing you to customize your experience, from your own private partner to group classes or training and athletic programs.

Sport-Specific Training

Our certified trainers, many of which specialize in sport-specific training, can target the areas needed to maximize athletic performance in your sport of choice; including tennis, golf, skiing, running and more. We assess your fitness level and create an individual training plan to enhance your performance.

Youth Training

Youth training varies greatly from adult one-on-one personal training. Training methods and motivational techniques are much different for growing youth. Many of our trainers are educated in these methods and techniques and will work 1-on-1 with youth to increase their self-esteem, physical health and cardiovascular strength.


Assessments are used in many of our training programs to identify physical strengths, weaknesses, injuries, measurements and basic joint and muscular functions. These assessments are critical to creating effective training plans and tracking progress. Two of our specialty assessment tools include the Functional Movement Screen (FMS) and the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) assessment.

1-on-1 Nutrition Coaching

Our Nutrition Coaching combines expert nutrition advice with life coaching principles and online support. Our Precision Nutrition certified coaches work with you one-on-one to help you incorporate change within your lifestyle, which make maintaining those changes possible. If you are tired of trying fad diet after diet and want something that works, try Precision Nutrition coaching.

1-on-1 Yoga Training

Yoga is an ideal way to augment your fitness program. Our certified and experienced Yoga instructors will lead you in a private practice that will improve your overall well-being by enhancing your recovery, reducing your stress and pain levels, and correcting any muscle imbalances caused by lifestyle habits such as working a desk-job.

Worksite Fitness

Our worksite fitness program aims to boost your employee's health and happiness. Our certified group instructors come to your work place. Group class offerings include: yoga, cardio, Pilates, bootcamp and strength for any age and fitness level. Classes are tailored to fit your company's needs, size and budget. After a workout at work, employees are less stressed, more focused and productive.

No, you absolutely do not need strength or endurance before working with a personal trainer. Many of our clients have not exercised regularly in years and come to us for a jumpstart back into a fit and healthy lifestyle.

Prior to your first training session, we will provide you with a personalized fitness assessment. This assessment will help us build a customized program just for you with the right blend of cardio and strength exercises to meet your goals.

Yes, but less than you might think. Inexpensive equipment, such as resistance bands and a fitness ball, will be instrumental to your workout. Your personal trainer will help get you set up with the right tools to meet your goals.

Our trainers conduct thousands of in-home personal training appointments every month. Our focus is on your goals, not on the cleanliness of your home. As long as you can clear 8×10 feet of floor space, your trainer will get you the results you want. If you love efficiency, we can throw in some vacuum lunges.
