Amber attended Mid-America Nazarene University in Olathe, KS. After college, she entered the fitness industry as a group fitness instructor and personal trainer. Amber is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and is Precision Nutrition (PN) certified. She has experience working with fitness goals such as: athletic performance, weight loss, body-life transformation, strength and conditioning, neuromuscular postural alignment, core training, group fitness and nutrition coaching.

Andrew graduated from Northwestern College with a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science. He is a National Strength and Condition Association (NSCA) Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, a Functional Movement Systems (FMS) Certified Exercise Professional, and Precision Nutrition (PN) Certified. Andrew has over 13 years of experience in strength and conditioning and personal training. Andrew played basketball at both the collegiate and professional level. He believes training is physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.

He is a National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) Certified Personal Trainer and is Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Level 1 Certified with over nine years of experience in the fitness industry. Andy is a lifetime athlete who has always had a passion for fitness and specializes in sport-specific and functional training. He believes fitness and wellness are a life investment.

Brian is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer, NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES), Certified Myoskeletal Alignment Therapist, and Precision Nutrition (PN) Certified. With over four years of experience, Brian specializes in functional movement restoration. Before joining Front Door Fitness, he worked for six years as a social worker for the physically disabled. This inspired his profession as a personal trainer to prevent long-term disabilities in his clients. Brian believes that the pursuit of optimal functional strength and range of motion should be at the heart of every endeavor toward a healthy life.

Dustin graduated from the University of Kansas with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. He is a National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Level 2 Certified, and Functional Movement Systems (FMS) Level 2 Certified Exercise Professional. Dustin has over 13 years of experience in the fitness industry, primarily working as a personal trainer with people of all ages, types, and fitness goals.

Ellie has over six years of experience in the industry. She believes balance and consistency is key to a healthy lifestyle, and finding a workout routine her clients enjoy is crucial to their success. There is no “one size fits all” workout.

Jason received a Masters in Exercise Science from the University of Nebraska. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) Certified Personal Trainer, and American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) Health Fitness Specialist. Jason has over 18 years of experience in the industry and specializes in youth fitness, cardiac rehabilitation and sports conditioning. Jason enjoys running and has completed 5 half marathons. He uses a research-based approach to design safe and effective exercise programs to achieve optimal results for his clients.

Josh graduated from Culver Stockton College with a Bachelor of Science in Health and Human Performance where he also played baseball and football. He received a Masters in Applied Health and Sport Science from Northwest Missouri State University. Josh is a National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and specializes in postural alignment, sport-specific training, strength training and exercise therapy. He believes that the key to client success is adapting a training protocol specific to each person’s individual needs.

Luke graduated from Kansas State University with a Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology. He is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). Luke has personally experienced many health benefits of training: physically, mentally, socially and emotionally. This inspires him to help others experience these same benefits.

Mandy graduated from Oral Roberts University in 1995 with a Bachelors Degree in Business. She has been teaching group fitness since 1998. She is certified group instructor through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). She has specialized certifications in Spinning, Body Pump, Yoga Fit and Pilates. In 2014, Mandy completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training through Johnny Kest Life Power Yoga and is a registered Yoga teacher through Yoga Alliance. Mandy is also the group fitness manager for Front Door Fitness.

Maris graduated from the Ateneo de Manila University with a Bachelors Degree in Communication Arts and a minor in French Studies. She moved from the Philippines to the U.S. in 2010 and started her path as a yoga teacher. Maris is a certified yoga instructor with additional certifications including Yoga Fit Levels 1 and 2, KC Fitness Link Yoga Teacher Training, and Core Strength Vinyasa. She believes in the transforming power of yoga and enjoys sharing its many benefits with her students. Maris is also the social media manager for Front Door Fitness.

Matt graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition, Fitness, Health and Dietetics. He is an American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) Certified Personal Trainer, Registered Dietitian (RD), and Precision Nutrition (PN) Certified. Matt has over three years of experience in nutrition coaching. His mission is to guide clients to their goals as directly as possible by building sustainable habits and offering practical solutions that work. He tailors his fitness and nutrition coaching to his clients, and uses his interests to make each session fun, challenging and educational.

Seth received his Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science from Evangel University where he also played baseball. He is a National Council of Strength and Fitness (NCSF) Certified Personal Trainer with over four years of experience in the fitness industry. He specializes in weight lifting and sports conditioning. Seth’s fitness philosophy is to give his clients the basic knowledge and fundamentals needed to make fitness a part of their everyday life.

Stephanie is a graduate of the University of Northern Iowa and has been involved in athletics since she was five years old. She is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer and Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) Certified Group Fitness Instructor. She enjoys incorporating Mat Pilates and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) techniques into her workout routines. Stephanie believes fitness should be enjoyable and fun, but at the same time “if it doesn’t challenge you, it won’t change you.”

He is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer and is a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer (CF-L1). He aims to show his clients how to create sustainable habits through fitness and food. He specializes in teaching functional movement patterns, high intensity interval training, and making fitness fun!
