The Right Education
All FDF trainers have a 4-year exercise science related degree and/or a nationally accredited personal training certification.

Proven Experience
FDF trainers must have at least one year of successful personal training experience before joining the FDF team.

Strong Ability to Motivate
FDF sessions are extra effective because clients receive more than a great workout. FDF trainers use each workout to motivate clients to live fit outside of their FDF workouts. That is where big progress is made.
